2006 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder
Manufactured from 2003 to 2013 the Gallardo is important in the history of the Company as it represents the most successful model in Lamborghini history. Eminently usable and more importantly extremely reliable, having total Audi backup which makes it hugely desirable. Its secret lies in its light but stiff space frame chassis mounted to a five litre, V10 engine powering all four wheels on demand. Driving through an advanced six-speed electro-hydraulically controlled, semi-automatic gearbox which Lamborghini abbreviates to 'E-gear'. This allows the driver to make gear changes much faster than they could with a manual gearbox.
This stunning example finished in Blue Caelum Metallic with complementary two tone blue and grey leather trim has had just three former keepers who have covered a total mileage of just 21,900 miles in 15 years, indicating that it has been used very sparingly indeed. The original book pack with the car includes the service booklet which contains 11 service stamps, originally from Birmingham Lamborghini and then from well-respected specialists including Grimaldi Engineering and Kent High Performance. More recently in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021 servicing was carried out by Autofficina; the last one being in May this year just 1000 miles ago and a major service. At the same time it was treated to new discs and pads all round and a roof lubrication amounting to a recent spend of £5,900, invoices for which can be found in the history file. The file also contains the navigation DVD, a complete MoT history and tracker information. This car is in exceptional condition throughout, privately owned and cared for with a fabulous sounding engine and is a joy to drive, especially with the roof down. Undoubtedly one of the best on the market and viewing is highly recommended. £72,500
