1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 Coupe
1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 finished in Midnight Blue with contrasting grey hide interior. This lovely motor car has been owned for the last 20 years by a gentleman now in his eighties. It has been maintained and improved by Four Ashes Garage with what would appear to be little regard to cost. Works have included a new Vetus Cylinder block retaining the original engine number in 2008, Chassis repairs, new wiring loom and Andron front hubs in 2010, Front and rear suspension overhaul in 2014 and a rebuilt gearbox in 2015. Most recent works with our trimmers have included a new headlining and new Wilton carpet throughout and the leather interior completely refreshed. Furthermore we have just overhauled the braking system and have replaced both front alloy Alfin brake drums and the car now stops very well. The methodically kept car file contains invoices totalling over £50,000 since 2003 and on driving the car, it is very evident that the car has been very well maintained.
