1967 Jaguar E Type 4.2 Roadster
1967 Jaguar Series One E type 4.2 Roadster finshed in Carmen Red with black leather interior. This is a very well kept, original UK supplied, right hand drive example that has been owned by a Surrey garage proprietor since he purchased this car in 1991. We have recently been very fortunate in being able to offer some really lovely, well kept classics and this E type is no exception. It has had low ownership and a proven mileage of just under 47000 miles with a well kept chronologically filed history with numerous old mot certificates dating back to 1982 and an incredible number of invoices dating back to 1977. Shortly after acquiring the car the then new owner set about bringing the car to a high standard, both from a mechanical point of view together with a paint finish that is to be envied. During the refurbishment various upgrades were incorporated which included the fitting of ventilated font discs with Coopercraft 4 pot calipers, an electric cooling fan, new slightly wider chrome wire wheels, now shod with Pirelli P4000 radial tyres. It also has a mohair soft top and tonneau cover, a chrome boot rack and a brand new wood rimmed Motalita steering wheel which we have just fitted.
