2007 Aston Martin DB9 Manual Coupe
According to THE ASTON MARTIN HERITAGE TRUST, this is the only DB9 coupe to have been built to this exact specification, Making it ONE of ONE.
Fitted from new with rare 6 speed manual transmission.
It is truly the most exceptional DB9 that we have ever had the pleasure of owning, probably due to the fact that the most recent exacting owner has lavished around £40,000 on this motor car since purchasing it from us less than 3 years ago. His aim was to make it into the very best early DB9 coupe ever to be seen at a concours event. He left no stone unturned and began by having an expensive complete repaint of the car, after which it had a full protective PPF coating applied. The rear lights were also replaced with the later clear lenses and the front grill replaced with the later stepped 5 rail grill. The interior was a two fold opperation with the leather firstly being thorougly cleaned and then carefully re-connelised by "Leathercare" in Knutsford, the only company authorised by "Connolly Brothers" to carry out this process. While the leather was being addressed, the supporting foams in the seats were replaced so that the seats now feel as firm as they did when the car was originally delivered. In addition the previous walnut finish to the door cappings and centre console that had been applied from the new by the factory, were discarded and were replaced by a very attractive bespoke design by "Chapman & Cliff "of Nantwich who are renowned experts in Veneering and polishing. Early AM satelite navigation was never 10 out of 10 and this has been upgraded by "Aston Instalations" with the Apple Carplay system including a replacement HD screen and a reversing camera. Turning to the mechanical improvements, all 4 wheels have been refurbished together with the fitting of 4 new discs and brake calipers. All 12 plugs and coils were replaced only 7000 ago and servicing and additional works have been carried out by either "Works Service" or "Nicholas Mee and Company" in the past three years.
